Conditions of entry:

2. The promotion commences AEST 9:00 am 10/12/2020 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 21/12/2020 (“Promotional Period”).
3. This promotion is only open to residents within Australia.
4. No entry fee is necessary to enter this promotion. Entry is via the Max Brenner Australia Facebook page (@MBAustralia) or Instagram page (@maxbrenneraus).

How to enter:

3. Tag friends to notify them of the competition

The Winners

1. Winners may waive their right to receive the prize. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitution will be allowed.
2. Max Brenner Australia (and not Instagram, Facebook or Twitter) collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
3. Any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the discretion of Max Brenner Australia.
4. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Twelve (12) eligible winners will receive a gift. One winning entry for each day will be chosen on  the following day between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST.
6. The decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner will be notified via in the comment of the post. It is up to the winner to reach out via Instagram or Facebook messanger to provide their shipping address.
8. The winner must claim the prize within promotion period, if not the prize will be donated
9. The prize awarded is not redeemable for cash value or any other cash in lieu method.
10. Max Brenner Australia will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
