Terms & Conditions
- Coupons are valid for three months and must be redeemed in a single transaction.
- Any unused balance will not carry over.
- Coupons can be used for any in-store or app purchase (excluding delivery partners).
- Coupons and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Eligible Members will receive one (1) Free Regular Classic Hot Chocolate (Birthday Offer) voucher which is redeemable fourteen (14) days prior to the members birthday and expires fourteen (14) days after the Members birthday.
- The Member must have transacted within 6 months prior to the start of their
birthday month, verified their Account and entered their date of birth within
their Member profile in the Account (Eligible Members).
- Extra charges apply for alternative milk options and extras (e.g. soy, almond, oat, lactose free milk etc)
- Mochas, Hot Chocolate and Italian Thick drinks are not included and do not earn coffee stamps.
